| Responsibilities |
| The committee
is an advisory board to the
Residency Director. |
| Policy |
- The committee meets biannually to review the resident
evaluations. Residents who score overall significantly
lower than their peers are evaluated by the committee
in further depth.
- Recommendations on areas to focus on
and plans of action are
made to the Residency Director.
- The committee may also make recommendations
to the
Residency Director on resident
sanctions, promotions, remediation or
termination.
