To clarify the policy regarding pharmaceutical representatives within the Residency program.

Policy
1. Pharmaceutical representatives are expected to abide by the Regions Hospital Pharmaceutical Representative Policy.
2. Pharmaceutical representatives are not permitted to conduct business during EM Conferences.
3. This policy does not apply to off-campus events held outside the usual conferences and teaching venues of the residency.
4. Exceptions to the above policy may be granted on a case-by-case basis with approval of the Residency Director.
