Evaluation Process

The student's clinical performance will account for eighty-percent of his or her final grade.  Each faculty and senior resident with whom the student works with will offer an evaluation of your daily performance.  This information will be compiled and offered in the final evaluation.This daily evaluation process promotes a dialog between the student and his or her faculty member. It is here that relevant, descriptive and specific feedback can be given to the student.  Consequently, positive behaviors can be praised and bad habits avoided.
